We process the data using art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, as they are necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party and pursuant to art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR by fulfilling the legal obligation of the administrator, for example in connection with the necessity to document sales for tax purposes and under art. 6 (1) (j) GDPR, i.e. by exercising the legitimate interest of the administrator, for example, for the purpose of asserting claims, handling guarantees and warranties, etc. The data is deleted up to 60 days after the purpose for which it is processed. 4. The Administrator may also process personal data with the consent of the user pursuant to art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. In this case, the Administrator shall have the content of consent given by the user.

Recipients of the data.

In the course of activities related to maintenance of the service and the execution of contracts with users, the Administrator entrustes to the following entities: Telecommunications entrepreneurs, collection companies, banks, payment system operators and installable systems, Postal operators, carriers, business information offices, archiver or destructive documents and data carriers, partners providing technical services (e.g. development and maintenance of information systems and Internet services), Hosting companies. The data are entrusted to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing and concluded contracts and protected in accordance with the GDPR by any entity to whom the data have been entrusted. Personal data of users is not transferred outside the European Union.
