For accessories and components purchased at NUTRON (www.nutron.pl)

  • The warranty for the correct operation of the equipment is provided by Nutron (hereinafter referred to as guarantor) for a definite period in accordance with the warranty card. The date from which the warranty is valid is the date of purchase stored in the warranty card, which is an attachment to the purchase document. Defects revealed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge by the guarantor service. 
  • Warranty Repair does not include the operations provided in the instruction manual or installation, for which the user is obliged to perform at his own expense, for example: installation of equipment, maintenance, replacement of needles, etc.
  • The warranty does not cover the natural wear of such components as: needle, membrane, potentiometers, lamps, bulbs, etc.
  • This warranty covers equipment defects resulting from the correct operation or caused by manufacturing defects and does not apply to consumables or other ancillary equipment.
  • Defective Equipment The Advertiser will provide the guarantor in person at his own expense or courier service at the expense of the guarantor (upon prior receipt of the notification from the service point). The service does not accept pre-reported or cash-on-delivery shipments.
  • Conditions for the acceptance of equipment for repair:
    • The Advertiser should carefully check the defective equipment and describe the signs of damage,
    • The Advertiser is obliged to provide service to the guarantor the description together with the defective equipment and guarantee card,
    • The equipment must be supplied complete and packed in original packaging to prevent damage (cardboard, boxes protected by sponge or polystyrene, etc.) before dispatch, contact the seller by phone,
    • The supplied equipment must have legible serial numbers and no defective seals,
    • After the repair, the equipment is forwarded to The Advertiser via courier Mail at the expense of the guarantor,

All liability related to the provision of proper packaging for transport, insurance, and other safeguards against possible damage to the transport of pregnancy on the Advertiser.

  • Serial numbers affixed to the equipment or its packaging are for informational purposes only and are not sufficiently limited to the warranty benefits.
  • Keep the warranty card in a safe place. If the warranty card is lost, no duplicates will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to refuse warranty services in the event that any changes, abrasion, deletion or defroshing are made in the warranty card, preventing any material content from being read or affecting its reliability.
  • In the event that the equipment purchased fails within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase, the guarantor shall replace it with a defect-free or other non-inferior technical specification, in accordance with and on the basis of the purchase document, after inspection of the equipment by the service. The hardware check should not take more than 3 working days.
  • Any defects or damage to the equipment disclosed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within 21 working days, but in justified cases this deadline may be extended (e.g. unforeseen disasters, border blockages, unclean  Not parts, unusual malfunction, etc.). The Advertiser is entitled to information about the service stage up to 14 working days. 
  • In the case of conditional admission to the service guarantor of equipment that does not meet the conditions specified above, the Guarantor service is not obliged to comply with certain deadlines.
  • The warranty is not covered by:
    • Mechanical, chemical, thermal or intentional damage to equipment,
    • Damage caused by improper or inconsistent with the instructions for use (if the manual is not in the Polish language, the buyer must translate it and follow its instructions) to store or maintain the equipment, and The use of equipment not in compliance with safety regulations,
    • Damage and defects resulting from improper or improper installation, repair, alteration, access or alteration of the design by The Advertiser, the user, or any unauthorized service facility,
    • Equipment which has not been delivered to the Guarantor's service in its original or safe packaging (cardboard, boxes protected by sponge or polystyrene, etc.) and caused by such damage,
    • Equipment whose warranty card or serial number has been altered, erased or zatarto in any way, as well as seals are damaged or unreadable (altered, blurred, blurred),
  • The serial number of the equipment being advertised must correspond to that specified in the warranty card.
  • Each advertised equipment service guarantor verifies in terms of correctness of operation. If the advertised equipment is operational, the guarantor shall charge The advertiser for the costs associated with the hardware check.
  • After noticing any damage to the packaging, the consignment must be unboxed in the presence of the courier and the relevant protocol shall be jointly drawn up in case of damage.
  • If damage to the consignment has been detected after departure of the courier despite no traces of damage to the package, a damage protocol containing:
    • Description of the damage,
    • Bill of lading number,
    • Date of service,
    • Financial expectations for losses incurred,

This protocol must be delivered to the local branch of The courier company that performed the service and sent a copy to the premises of Nutron.
